What I Do

-Media Manager at Camp Rivercrest This work involves social media, website content, editing, newsletter design, video creation, program planning, and graphic design, all of which will contribute to the ministry of Camp Rivercrest. I also do general help with kitchen, hosting, and activities when guest groups visit here. Pray for Camp Rivercrest's ministry and for the growth of those we are able to serve. 

-EMT I was the health professional during Rivercrest's summer camp, and continue to be one of five EMS professionals that serve at camp. I was recently certified to train a safety course. Pray for opportunities to minister through these emergency response skills and for the safety of the camp and community.

-Editor of Girlz 4 Christ Magazine I began Girlz 4 Christ several years ago. We have approximately 200 subscribers to the free digital magazine, and nearly 300 Facebook fans. These girls are from all over the world. Through Girlz 4 Christ, I have the opportunity to partner with girls, businesses, and people of influence to help share the love of Christ. Pray for G4C's growth and for opportunities to partner. 

-Devotional and Article Writer My writing experience includes Christian devotional/lifestyle magazines such as Devozine, Susie, and Girlz 4 Christ. I also occasionally write for secular publications. Most of my writing is geared toward either teens or camping professionals. Pray for my wisdom in writing and for opportunities to network.

-Awana Listening Leader I volunteer as a listening leader for the third and fourth grade Truth in Training girls at Fremont Alliance Church. On Wednesday evenings, I get to hang out with these girls and guide a small group by encouraging them to memorize and recite scripture. Pray for each child involved in this Awana group and that I may be able to be a godly role model for them.

-Toastmaster I am a the youngest member of Fremont's Tally Ho Toastmaster's Club. This international club is designed to cultivated speaking and leaderships skills. Pray that I may be able to improve in these areas and use this to both expand my ministry's reach as well as to minister to my fellow Toastmasters.

-Orphan and Foster Care Advocate This has been a passion of mine for quite awhile, and now that I am rooted in the Fremont area, I am hoping to expand this outreach. I support orphan care and orphan prevention ministries through my offerings. I am a child sponsor of Katie Davis' Amazima Ministry in Uganda and also an Every Orphan's Hope sponsor of Nelly, an orphaned teen living in Zambia. I currently volunteer at a children's group home in Fremont a couple times per week. Pray for this opportunity to partner with the Jefferson House, for the children I sponsor in Africa, and that the Lord will guide me to any other opportunities that He wants me to pursue in this area.
